Weslaco Chamber announces 2009 Miss Weslaco Court

The Weslaco Area Chamber of Commerce is proud to announce the winners of the 2009 Miss Weslaco Pageant held Saturday, March 7, at the Weslaco High School Gym. Pictured from left are Stephani Alison Smith, second runner-up, daughter of Mr. Steve Smith and Ms. Jacki Smith; Tyler Anne Zimmerman, Miss Weslaco 2009, daughter of Ms. Tommie Lee Zimmerman and Mr. Kenneth Zimmerman; and Shelby Katherine Scoggins, first runner-up, daughter of Mr. Joe Don Scoggins and Ms. Thelma Scoggins.

Special award recipients included Shelby Katherine Scoggins, Best On-Stage Personality; Malarie Wells, Best Evening Gown Presentation; Tyler Anne Zimmerman, Miss Congeniality; Stephani Alison Smith, Most Photogenic; Mona Victoria Martinez, Director’s Choice Award; and Stephani Alison Smith, People’s Choice Award.
