Backstage Productions Finds Success at 2009 FESTIBA

In March, Weslaco Chamber member Backstage Productions produced the 2009 FESTIBA where famous bands as Elefante (Mexican Pop Band) & Mariachi Vargas performed at The University of Texas Pan American in Edinburg, Texas.
