Weslaco Home Lighting Contest

The Weslaco Area Chamber of Commerce invites all Weslaco residents to enter their homes in the 2009 Christmas Home Lighting Contest. Any home decorated for the holidays with lights may enter.

All entries must be submitted by Monday, December 14th. There is no cost to enter. Judging will take place from December 14^th through the 18^th in the evenings. First place winners will receive a $100 cash prize.

The City of Weslaco will be divided into four quadrants. The dividing lines will be Texas Blvd., east and west; and Business Hwy 83, north and south. Each section of the city will be awarded a first, second and third place winner.

Winners will be given a sign to display in front of their home for the remainder of the Christmas season.
