Onion Fest scheduled for April 4, 2009

Weslaco Chamber volunteers set a date for next year’s festival during a wrap-up meeting on April 30. Onion Fest will be held Saturday, April 4, 2009. The Weslaco Chamber sets the date a year in advance to ensure Onion Fest does not conflict with other festivals and special events in the Rio Grande Valley.
