Victoria Palms Inn & Suites Resort Receives AAA Award

Last week, Victoria Palms Inn & Suites received an unexpected visit from AAA.  This company is the leading authority on the travel and hospitality industry. People all over the US are members of AAA due to the many benefits they offer, such as roadside assistance, trip mapping and general travel information. They also are in the business of rating hotels. He had many complimentary things to say about our hotel/suites, but the number one comment he made was the quality of our housekeeping.  He told the Hotel Manager, Judi McClellan, that he rarely gets to say that to any hotel.   A special thanks to our housekeepers Yolanda Vela, Supervisor; Norma Solis and Juanita Diaz who made it possible for us to receive an “Exceptional Housekeeping” review.
