The Home Buyers Fair 2010

In celebration of National Home-Ownership Month, the City of Weslaco and Affordable Homes of South Texas are proud to announce the 1st ANNUAL HOME BUYER'S FAIR. This fair is free to the public and will provide prosepective home buyers with valuable information necessary to accomplish their dream of homeownership.

New this year: Virtual tour of homes and free credit report for seminar participants.

This one-day-only event, will consist of lenders, builders, realtors and other related organizations occupying individual booths and providing one-on-one information on available products and services. There will also be FREE* BILINGUAL HOME BUYER SEMINARS going on throughout the day. These seminars are geared toward providing the public with step-by-step instruction on how to purchase, qualify for and maintain a home. If you or your company knows anyone who would like to participate in this portion of the fair, please contact our offices.

Sponsorship has its rewards! Sponsors get recognition in PAID advertisting spots, as well as (new for '10) sponsors get placements in a VIRTUAL Parade of Homes. The event will host two computer stations where fair goers will be able to key in a city and view a list of current home-for-sale available in that city (posted by our sponsors!). After the tour , a screen will inform them of the seller's booth number at the fair and contact information. This virtual tour, as well as links on The Home Buyer's Fair website, will be active until October and add tremendous value to your sponsorhip.
