River Pontoon Boat Birding Trip, March 6

oin the Valley Nature Center on a fascinating trip on the Rio Grande on Thursday, March 6 from 9am-11am. This birding trip will focus on bird watching along the river and its shores aboard the Riverside Dreamer, a comfortable pontoon boat docked at the Riverside Club & Restaurant in Mission. The VNC will provide professional birding guides to point out the birds along the way, and give some natural history about the river habitat. The trip leaves the dock at 9:00 am and returns at 11:00 am for a two hour leisurely cruise both up and down river.
