Internet Cafe new to Onion Fest

Combine a cup of coffee, the Internet, and a festival and what do you get? An Internet Cafe exclusively at the Onion Festival on Saturday, April 5, at Weslaco City Park! Browse the Internet or check your email on a laptop computer provided by VTX Broadband, a local Internet service provider bringing you high speed wireless Internet.

Looking for hot coffee in the morning or a frappucino in the afternoon is made easy by S&R Tropic Juices, who will be selling various coffee drinks as well as smoothies. This is one stop on the festival grounds you don't want to miss!

Are you a Guitar Hero fan? Do you play for hours on your XBOX 360? If you answered yes, you need to be at Onion Fest! For the first time in its history, Onion Fest will host a Guitar Hero III Tournament with cash prizes.

Anyone is eligible to participate. The tournament will begin at 1 pm under the Internet Caf頔ent. All gamers will pay $1 to rock out to one song on a medium or hard level. The tournament will run throughout the day and the top five gamers in each level will return for a final round of Guitar Hero III. A cash prize of a $150 will be awarded to the top winner of both levels.

No pre-registration necessary. Visit the Internet Cafe anytime between 1 and 6 pm for your chance to be a Guitar Hero III Champion and take home a cash prize!
