Welcome to Onion Fest!
It was a 'sweet' celebration at the 20th Annual Texas Onion Fest starting on Friday, April 3, with the 'Pop Rock Onion Concert' Say No to Drugs Youth Rally sponsored by Weslaco ISD. The audience was entertained by outstanding vocalists, break dancers, and dramas.
On Saturday, the festivities kicked off with live music on two stages and the lively "Onion Eating Contests". The fun lasted all day with two performances by the Dancing Horses, Guitar Hero World Tour Tournament, Arts & Crafts, Car Show, and more.
