Job Description | Job duties will split between assisting office manager in running our busy office and assisting owner is transportation needs. Administrative duties include but aren't limited to answering and transferring calls, process accounts payable and receivable and other duties as assigned.
Dispatcher is our communications personnel responsible for receiving and transmitting messages, tracking vehicles and equipment, and coordinating our shipments.
Previous dispatch and scheduling is not required, willing to teach. Great customer service experience & communication skills required. Computer skills are required. Outstanding organizational skills required. Able to work in a fast paced environment where on the spot decisions are made.
