Our educational institutions have proven their excellence across the state and our athletic departments have seen state finalists in football, basketball, track and field. The medical community has experienced tremendous growth with Knapp Medical Center at its core.

It's a sweet celebration of the Texas 1015 Onion featuring onion blossoms, dancing horse shows, and musical entertainment! Other city events like the Mid Valley Lighted Christmas Parade and the Fourth of July Celebration also show Weslaco's community spirit.
