Incredible Edibles of South Texas by Esteban Bravo
Esteban “Steve” Bravo has been gathering and preparing native edible plants for more than thirty years. As a 20+ year teacher, he has sponsored educational field trips to teach his students about the ecosystems of South Texas. Over the years he realized that many people had little to no knowledge of native edible plants and thier usefullness. Esteban started recording informtion on native plants into portfolios that he distributed to local wildlife entities in South Texas.
His book, 'Incredible Edibles' is the culmination of his years of experience and time spent in the field. Incredibe Edibles works as a field-guide in this class to help identify native plants and learn how they can be useful to you and your family. This is a FREE class you don't want to miss!
